01 / PICKUPIn-person hand-off
Families may pick up in person when practical. We review the puppy's current routine, records, feeding, paperwork, and the first trip home before departure.
02 / PUP-LIFTGround transportation by arrangement
Pup-Lift is our transportation option for select approved placements. Route, timing, meeting location, and fees are confirmed in writing before scheduling.

03 / BIOSECURITYKeep young puppies off public pet areas
Until your veterinarian considers the puppy adequately protected, avoid direct contact with public dog-relief areas, dog parks, pet-store floors, and unfamiliar animals. We use the same cautious approach during transport.
04 / TINY-PUPPY CARETravel follows the puppy's routine
Very small puppies may need frequent meals, hydration checks, warmth, and closer observation. A trip may be postponed if the puppy is not stable enough for the planned travel day.
05 / COMMUNICATIONStay reachable during the travel window
Traffic and puppy-care stops can change an ETA. The receiving family must remain reachable so we can coordinate a calm hand-off rather than rush the puppy to meet a clock.
06 / THE RIDE HOMEBring a safe setup
Please arrive with a secure carrier or appropriate restraint, clean bedding or puppy pads, water, and the food recommended for your puppy. Avoid unnecessary stops and public ground exposure on the return trip.
PAYMENT & SCHEDULINGEverything is confirmed before the route is finalized.
Transportation charges and the meeting plan are quoted before scheduling. The puppy's required purchase balance must be cleared before release unless a separate written payment agreement says otherwise.
IF THE PUPPY NEEDS MORE TIMEThe puppy's readiness comes first.
If appetite, growth, energy, illness, or another developmental concern makes travel unwise, we will reschedule. We would rather change a travel plan than send a puppy before we are comfortable with the transition.
